Wiiquiz receives information you choose to add, such as account details, flashcards, practice content, learning documents, and support messages.
How information is used
We use your information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Wiiquiz. When you request an AI feature, the content needed for that request may be sent to the AI provider used by Wiiquiz. We record the provider, model, input and output usage, tool usage, and resulting token cost needed to operate and bill that feature.
Storage and service providers
Wiiquiz relies on service providers for infrastructure, authentication, storage, payments, and AI processing. They receive only the information needed to perform their role and are subject to their own security and privacy terms.
Your choices
You can update or remove learning content from your account. Account export and deletion options will appear in Wiiquiz when they become available. You may also contact Wiiquiz support with a privacy request.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect account and learning data. Information is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when Wiiquiz changes. The updated date at the top of this page will show when the latest version took effect.
