Using the service
Use Wiiquiz for lawful learning and content creation. Do not disrupt the service, bypass limits, access another person's data, upload malicious material, or use the platform to violate rights or applicable law.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give Wiiquiz the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transform that content to provide the features you request.
AI-generated material
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review generated flashcards and exercises before relying on them, especially for high-stakes subjects. You remain responsible for how you use generated material.
Plans, storage, and AI credits
Free includes 100 MB of learning document storage. Monthly Pro costs $10 and is billed monthly. Annual Pro costs $96 paid upfront; $8/month is only the equivalent monthly price, not a monthly charge. Annual Pro grants 600 AI credits in each of 12 paid months. Both Pro plans include 10 GB of storage.
AI credits are units for using the service. They are not money, cash, or a refundable balance. Credits included with a plan, purchased, promotional, or granted all share one balance and do not expire. Before submission, Wiiquiz shows a temporary reservation based on the requested flashcards, and the available balance must cover it. A completed AI generation uses the final cost recorded in whole credits after generation finishes. If the final cost is higher than the available balance, the remaining balance becomes zero, never negative. AI features require an active Pro subscription. Failed or cancelled generations use no credits.
Subscriptions renew at the schedule and price shown before purchase. You can cancel through the billing portal; access normally remains active through the current paid term. Tax-inclusive totals, applicable tax details, and refund terms are shown at checkout. If an annual credit adjustment falls outside the supported monthly schedule, it is not applied automatically and may need support review.
Service availability and changes
Wiiquiz may change, pause, or discontinue features to keep the service useful, safe, and sustainable. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects paid use.
Ending use
You may stop using Wiiquiz at any time. Access may be restricted when these terms are seriously or repeatedly violated, when required by law, or when needed to protect users and the service.
